Here are the positions we are looking to fill.
In-Store Sales
A great fundamental basis of bikes styles, riding styles, and a general understanding of our industry is essential. A burning desire to learn, a love of cycling and a willingness to take direction and gain knowledge is also necessary. The ability to sell, and close deals is a skill that we’d love, but are willing to teach. Bottom line: Nothing happens in business until something sells! We live by that and are looking for people who agree.
Bicycle Mechanic
A good understanding and ability to work on and fix a variety of bikes. A background in bicycles maintenance and a history of successful bike repair will get you in the door. After that, we will train you how we like things done, what we expect from you for our customers, and what we expect from you. Our standards are high, we do not cut corners, and we do not pretend to know something when we do not. We ask, we find out and know what we are doing at all times. We never lie or cheat a customer, we are honest and although we are not perfect, we admit when we make mistakes, apologize, and ask for the opportunity to fix what we may have not gotten right the first time. We are humble, never arrogant.
